How to apply for a PPSC job

The six stages

1. 1Open ppsc.gop.pk and click “Apply Online”. Pick the post and read all its information before clicking “Proceed”.
2. 2Read “Important Instructions” and the e-Pay user manual, tick the undertaking and click “Apply Online”. Enter your CNIC.
3. 3Personal profile: enter and verify your email and mobile number, then date of birth, gender, employment type, disability status and the rest of your personal information.
4. 4Fee payment: the system generates a PSID. Pay the fee against it as the e-Pay manual explains.
5. 5Images: upload a recent photograph and the front of your CNIC, each under 25 KB.
6. 6Qualifications and service record (if any), then “Submit Application”. You get an application number, and a token by email and SMS for editing or printing.

Paying the fee

PPSC takes fees online only: ATMs, mobile banking, internet banking, JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa, other microfinance banks, or over the counter at a 1Link member bank. At the bank, pay the PSID under the “GoPb” biller.

PPSC does not accept fees on the old challan form 32-A, bank drafts, pay orders or cheques.

If you stopped half-way

Start again from “Apply Online”, choose the same post and enter your CNIC. The system resumes where you left off; you fill in only the remaining steps.

Editing

You can edit an application only after it has been submitted, using the token PPSC sends you.
